Richard Zimmerman, III. graduated with a law degree from Louisiana State University in 2007.  He joined McKernan Law Firm in 2007 as an Associate.  Richard is licensed to practice in Louisiana State and Federal Courts, as well as the U.S. 5th Circuit.  Richard's main focus is to help the everyday person get the maximum recovery when they or a loved one has been injured in a car wreck, 18-wheeler accident, fatality case, offshore or maritime accident, and many more. 

Richard has helped individuals suffering with serious neck and back injuries, spinal injuries, brain damage, broken limbs, and many others.  He has represented clients throughout the state of Louisiana including areas such as Baton Rouge, Alexandria, New Orleans, Vinton, Abbeville, Gonzales, Prairieville, Metairie, and Houma.

Richard has three children and is an active member of St. Thomas More Church.  He also enjoys fishing and hunting (manages Cypress Point Hunting Lodge in North Louisiana), and of course LSU Football!
