Crohn's Disease Symptoms

Crohn's disease is an inflammatory disease that affects any part of the gastrointestinal tract from the mouth to the anus causing a wide variety of symptoms.  Normally though it affects the intestines.  Crohn's may also cause complications outside the gastrointestinal tract such as skin rashes, arthritis, inflammation of the ey, tiredness and lack of concentration. 

  • Severe diarrhea
  • Painful bowel movements
  • Bloody stools
  • Ulcers
  • Reduced or loss of appetite
  • Fatigue
  • Fever
  • Constipation
  • Eye inflammation
  • Rash
  • Liver inflammation
  • Fistulas and draining pus
  • Arthritis
  • Stunted growth
