Raymond Heinen was a serviceman working on a rig in the Gulf of Mexico. Without issuing any warnings, a driller opened the blind rams and pressure was released. This action released liquid and equipment out of the hole injuring Raymond. He suffered extensive facial fractures and brain damage. As a result of this negligence, Raymond SETTLED WITH THE WESTERN COMPANY AND WESTERN OCEANIC FOR $6 MILLION DOLLARS.
